The below facts disprove and question the 271-year-old Solar Nebula Theory, which started as the Nebular Hypothesis by Immanuel Kant in 1755, who saw a Galaxy in the Northern Hemisphere, which at the time was called a Nebula and now is called the Andromeda Galaxy.
Scientist are stuck and justify the Solar Nebula Theory by saying “that is how planets are born” so they can move on to more important things like black holes, blazars and far away galaxies.
The FACTS below question the Solar Nebula Theory.
These same FACTS embrace the theory behind the DiPietro Hypothesis.
The FACTS
FACT: All the planets orbit around the Sun in the same plane. This is the one hands-on fact that scientist rely on to prove the Solar Nebula Theory. The DiPietro Hypothesis explains why planets orbit the Sun and why planets have varying tilts, rotations and different orbits in a much better practical way.
FACT: Scientist analyze meteorites for their chemical and isotopic compositions and determine the age at 4.56 billion years old. These meteorites contain some of the oldest material in the Solar System. Scientist concluded that these meteorites in the debris disk eventually clumped together to make are unique planets. That’s speculation, guess work and zero proof of the Solar Nebula Theory. That age of 4.56 billion years old can easily be explained in the DiPietro Hypothesis.
FACT: NASA and other Astronomers have found over a thousand Cold Stars using WISE the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer to discover these Cold Stars. NASA classifies these as Brown Dwarf or Y-Dwarf Stars. Some are as warm as room temperature and some extremely cold. NASA calls them “failed stars”. DiPietro Hypothesis; our Sun was a Cold Star at one time. NASA’s classification of Cold Stars as “failed stars” is completely wrong.
FACT: NASA has only explored a tiny fraction, less than 2% of our Universe including the complete Milky Way which is 93 million light years wide. There are millions of Cold Stars out there, in all sizes. We think Cold Stars are the incubators for life; these Cold Stars have all the ingredients for life, time, warmth, organic matter and all the elements to start life. These Cold Stars ate their debris disk and smothered the surface of the star to make it a Cold Star.
FACT: NASA has found 6,324 confirmed exoplanets in that tiny fraction and NOT one “planetesimal”. Scientist think our Solar System’s asteroids like Arrokoth are incomplete planetesimals. They are wrong. Arrokoth is the frozen contortion of an Umbilical from a planet or moon, not a “planetesimal.” Compare Arrokoth’s make-up to one of our planets or moons in our Solar System to see where it formed from?
So, according to planetary scientist 6,324 exoplanets were “planetesimals” in their beginnings and 6,324 exoplanets formed in different debris disk around the Galaxy?

FACT: NASA has found 40,000 debris disks around stars. Not one planetesimal, “They are too small to see.” Scientist think planets form in a debris disk and of course they gave these debris disk different names like “protoplanetary disk” or “planet forming disk” or “circumstellar disk” or a “transition disk” or a “accretion disk.” More scientific confusion.
So, scientists fill in the missing parts with “that is where planets are born”.
These same scientists have found “gaps” in these 40,000 debris disks, concluding “those are planets forming, scooping up material of dust and gas to build a planet”. NASA says “A prominent gap hints at a forming planet.” Scientist think all planets form inside a debris disk by “vacuuming up” gas and dust. That is only speculation, with no real proof. Scientist call that proof? I call it science guess work and speculation, because they have nothing else.
FACT: The Moon is made from the same material as Earth’s Lithosphere. The Moon is not from a collision. The Moon is from the Umbilical that attached the Sun to the Earth when the Earth “dripped off”. The Moon is made from the same material as Earth’s Lithosphere so scientist concluded a “collision” happened with a planet called “Theia,” 1975 two scientist came up with the Giant Impact Theory and every scientist thinks that is how the Moon formed. They have ZERO proof and couldn’t be more wrong.

FACT: Our Earth today is filled with Oceans of Water, salt and fresh water, at this very moment. Where did it all come from? The numbers, the practicality and timeline of Comets, Asteroids and Meteorites does not add up. Volcanos could not create the atmosphere to produce the water to fill up Earth. Besides there are several moons with oceans of water under ice. Was it comets, asteroids and meteorites that hit those moons? How did that water get there? If our Moon has thousands of “impact craters”, why isn’t the Moon flooded or show signs of water like Mars?
FACT: according to NASA all our Planets and Moons are between 4.5 billion years old and 4.6 billion years old. NASA says “While they share roughly the same birthday, they did not all finish forming at the exact same time.” More scientist speculation for lack of a better explanation. How did Mercury and Jupiter form at nearly the same time? The DiPietro Hypothesis solves that timeline of 4.5 to 4.6 billion years for all the planets.
FACT: Stars and star systems surrounded by clouds of gas and dust number in the thousands. The DiPietro Hypothesis says that these stars shrouded in clouds of dust and gas are where planets are born from a Cold Star melting down. These undercover stars meltdown and a planet will “drip” off while the star is covered in gas and stardust, as planetary births are shouldered in mystery. All planets are the residue of the host star. The residue is starwaste, starslag and stardust that smothered the star by the debris disk it accreted.
FACT: Scientist believe our Solar System was violent because of all the large “impact craters”. We believe they are completely wrong. These large “impact craters” like South Pole Aitken Basin on the Moon, Caloris Basin on Mercury, Hellas Planitia on Mars, Turgis Crater on Lapetus, Odysseus Crater on Tethys, Herschel Crater on Mimas, Valhalla Basin on Callisto are Bellybutton scars and are not “impact craters”. These Bellybutton scars are on every planet and moon, which is solid proof of the DiPietro Hypothesis.
Earth’s Bellybutton is ProtoGaia. The center of Earth’s Bellybutton is the donut-hole in ProtoGaia it was molten and created the magma that pushed with great force the Continents apart and created the Pacific Ocean to where it is today. See image of ProtoGaia.
First, these “impact craters” are dead-center on the planet or moon, which is virtually impossible. Second, there is NO ejecta rays protruding from these “impacts”. Plus, if these were impact craters the depth is minimal compared to the size of the impact. The DiPietro Hypothesis solves:
Water – All the water in our oceans on Earth came from the Ice Caps on our Cold Star the Sun. Yes, our Solar System is unique and we are “one in a million” and NASA has only looked at a tiny percent of our massive Universe. As far as water on Earth, meteorites, asteroids and comets are not practical, the numbers and timeline don’t add up. Volcanoes could not create the atmosphere to generate the amount of water that is on planet Earth.
How did all the water get on moons with oceans of water ice like Europa, Enceladus, Titan, Ganymede, Mimas and Callisto? All the water in our Solar System and on moons came from the Ice Caps on our Cold Star the Sun. Did comets, asteroids and meteorites deliver water to these moons? Scientist wake up!

Life was on Earth when if dripped through the “crust” of the equator bulge on our Cold Star, the Sun. This ancient Cold Star had all the ingredients to start life. It had time, billions of years, organic matter and every element in the Universe along with thermal vents, warm water, organic matter which created sustainable food on this Cold Star. All these ingredients were in the debris disk that this Cold Star, our Sun accreted to its surface over billions of years. The heavy elements accreted for fuel for this Cold Star, the lighter stardust, starslag and starwaste floated on the surface of the Cold Star. Now, these ingredients and elements are on the surface of Earth in our landmass in abundance.
Earth was never a fiery molten sphere as every scientist thinks. Yes, it was a molten drip when it left the surface of the Sun. Floating on the surface like slag in a plumber’s lead pot, was 58 million square miles of a donut-shaped landmass of starslag, starwaste and stardust on day 2 after the “drip”. That landmass is the Continental Shelf wrapped around the Ring of Fire. That landmass we call ProtoGaia, The First Earth, see image. ProtoGaia was surrounded by a freshwater Ocean on day 3 from melted ice and slush. Inside the donut-shaped Landmass was a molten ocean of magma that expanded over billions of years into today’s Pacific Ocean pushing apart the donut-shaped landmass into our 7 Continents.
Planets did not form in a debris disk! There is zero proof, only scientist excuses and speculation. Scientist only solid proof is that planets orbit the Sun in the same plane. The DiPietro Hypothesis explains that more intelligently and more practical than the Solar Nebula Theory. Stars eat their debris disk. Each planet and our complete Solar System came from the “crust of the Sun”, which is the waste and residue produced by our Cold Star the Sun, that floated on the surface of the Sun creating the “crust”. Exoplanets are born from Cold Stars. Exoplanets are born under a shrouded clouded mixture of gas surrounding a Cold Star. Newborn planets are the closest exoplanets to that Star. We have only looked a tiny glimpse of a star’s life.

Moons, our Moon is NOT from a collision. Scientist use “collisions” to answer everything they can’t figure out. Our Moon formed from the Umbilical attached from Earth to the Sun.

Our Moon was never a Magma Ocean from Volcanoes, which scientist call the Magma Ocean Hypothesis. It was molten from the molten Umbilical, see above video. Proof of that is the thousands of “mud” craters that tricked scientist into thinking they are “impact craters”. These “mud” craters are from the Moon cooling down.
The farside of the Moon has thousands of “mud” craters from the Sun’s gravity pulling water and steam from the interior of the Moon. These “mud” craters have layered edges and NO ejecta rays. The Moon is made from the Earth’s Lithosphere mixed with water. All moons have Bellybuttons or Birthmarks which indicates they “dripped off” of our Cold Star the Sun. How did all the water get on all the moons, such as Europa, Enceladus, and Titan, which have subsurface oceans of liquid water beneath their icy surfaces.
Comets were born from our Cold Star the Sun melting down and removing its “crust”. Thousands of Comets were launched from the face of the Sun, that’s why they return orbit to the Sun and they are all between 4.5 and 4.6 billion years old. Scientist call this the Late Heavy Bombardment. The DiPietro Hypothesis calls this “The Sun Removing its Crust.” Comets do not form in the Kuiper Belt or the Oort Cloud.
Asteroids – most Asteroids are from the Umbilical of planets. The proof is the odd shaped Asteroids from Bone Shaped to Diamond shaped, all frozen in space, -458 degrees Fahrenheit. All asteroids had a water base from the water slush in the “Crust of the Sun”, the water helped them freeze in the shape they are as they contorted from the Umbilical. Bennu and Ryugu are proof of this water freezing in place. Scientist think they are “undeveloped planetesimals”, couldn’t be more wrong. They also call them “ruble pile asteroids”. We call that 4.5 billion years of orbital wear and tear. Both asteroids Bennu and Ryugu where smooth from molten mixture of “mud” and water.

Orbits, tilt and rotation were created by the force that each planet left the face of the Sun. That process is violent so the different tilts, rotations and orbits are affected by the forced “drip”. Planets forming in a debris disk does not make any sense why orbits, tilts and rotations are different. Scientist think that Venus which rotates backwards and Uranus rotation is on its side is from a collision, more scientist speculation with zero proof. As all the planets left the face of the Sun, it was a violent release to put that planet in orbit. Each planet was different and Venus and Uranus both were “pushed off” the Sun’s equator bulge with a force that made their rotation, tilt and orbit different than the other planets. There was no collision. Scientist use a “collision” when they can’t explain something any other way. Our Moon is the perfect example. Our Moon is not from a collision, which all scientist believes. The Earth was “force dripped” with a Solar Flare that created Earth’s core and pushed Earth into its orbit. The Umbilical from the Sun to the Earth created the Moon, see video below. The proof of this is the hole in the donut-shaped landmass of ProtoGaia and on the Moon the Bellybutton scar is the South Pole Aiken Basin where the Umbilical detached and left the Bellybutton scar scientist call the South Pole Aitken Basin. The real proof is the Moon has two Bellybuttons for each side of the Umbilical that detached from the Moon at its antipodal points. One is the SPAB and the other Bellybutton scar is Mare Imbrium.

Origin of Life on Earth – Life started on our Cold Star the Sun, the waste from that life, created organic waste that flourished on Earth’s new landmass, after Earth formed from the “drip”. As the Earth drifted away from the Sun the cycle of the Moon, the Sun and the warmth of the New Earth from a heated-up ocean created the food to start life on Earth. Life does not start unless there is an abundance of sustainable food. From that waste created on the Cold Star became sustainable food on day 4 on ProtoGaia, the first Earth, the donut-shaped landmass.
That organic wasted created from life on our Cold Star created “vegetation” on our newly formed Earth as mold and fungus grows from rotten food here on Earth. All the freshwater in the ocean surrounding ProtoGaia had life in it from thermal vents on our Cold Star. That primitive life formed from billions of years of warm water from thermal vents, time and all the ingredients to start life on our Cold Star the Sun.
Earth’s Continental Shelf – is starwaste, starslag and stardust from our Cold Star the Sun. It formed ProtoGaia the first Earth, see image. ProtoGaia is the Continental Shelf wrapped around the Ring of Fire, which is the Pacific Ocean of today. Scientist can prove this by tracing the rare Earth minerals that are in the Continential Shelf and were connected together when our first landmass was wrapped around the Ring of Fire. When ProtoGaia formed from the Umbilical the molten fiery hole inside the donut-shaped landmass was a molten magma ocean. Surrounding ProtoGaia was a freshwater ocean from ice water. When ProtoGaia formed aka the Continental Shelf for billions of years there was life on the Continental Shelf which was not underwater. That life created the offshore oil reserves under the Continental Shelf off of Louisiana, that’s one example.
Lithosphere — The Lithosphere formed from the Earth being molten starwaste, starslag and stardust the residue from the Sun. The Lithosphere was the lightest of elements of the starwaste from the Cold Star, mostly basalt and granite rock that was molten and aged stone, starwaste. These light elements of molten rock floated and evened out around this spinning molten sphere as it was released from the Sun and created the Earth’s Lithosphere and Tectonic plates from that. As the “drip” pushed through the “crust of the Sun” the rock and molten rock of starwaste and starslag coated the outside of the drip and became the Umbilical and formed the Moon from the lighter elements in the “crust of the Sun” the Earth’s lithosphere.

When are you Planetary Scientist going to wake up? The Nebular Hypothesis never did work. It was a guess; Immanuel Kant was wrong and 50 years later Simon LaPlace a famous philosopher/scientist confirmed that planets form in a “Nebula”. Wrong again.
How can you believe the Solar Nebula Theory is right when NASA has found 6,324 Exoplanets and not one “planetesimal?” If planets form in a debris disk and there are 6,324 exoplanets, did they all form in a debris disk?
How can you believe in the Solar Nebula Theory when all the planets formed between 4.5 and 4.6 billion years ago. Mercury and Jupiter formed at nearly the same time. That makes no sense. The DiPietro Hypothesis explains that perfectly.
Scientist also say that roughly 60 to 70 moons share the same ancient age of roughly 4.4 to 4.51 billion years old. The DiPietro Hypothesis can prove why all planets and moons are the nearly the same age.
Wake up Scientist, I know it must be hard on you when your plumber figured out how the Solar System formed, the guy who unstops your toilet.
